For so many years I have worked out in various "5-star" gyms, I have had many personal trainers, we have done different studies with all of them. Then one day I got injured and found myself in the physical therapy unit of Acıbadem Fulya hospital. Part of the treatment would be passed in the center for athletes injuries. Of course I went to huff and poof. Our subject was of course strength and balance exercises. After the anterior cruciate ligament surgery I had, I had the opportunity to work with Kadir Satır during the rehabilitation process. During the 4-month treatment period; Apart from the string studies, we have worked on the qualities that I should have due to my profession (athlete, goalkeeper). We have exercises to gain endurance, quickness and coordination due to maximal strength, eccentric strength. We did our trainings day by day, systematically with the programming of Kadir Satır teacher. The intensity, duration and number of repetitions of the exercises were adjusted according to the physical structure. Not long ago I saw physical development in myself. We checked this in the measurements we made. It was not possible for me to provide the same concentrate every day. In terms of motivation, my teacher, Kadir Satır, was very helpful. Sometimes when I said "I don't want to work at all" I could have done the best workout. For Kadir Satır, I called dear Kadir, while I was looking for a solution to a "sciatica" problem that completely reduced or even destroyed my quality of life about four years ago. From the moment we first met, he impressed me with his mastery of his subject, his knowledge, diligence, courtesy, and especially his sincere and attentive attitude towards the patients he was responsible for. Because I am a former athlete and sports have an important place in my life; The teacher-patient- student relationship that formed between Kadir Hoca and us turned into a brother- sister relationship over time. And gradually, dear Hodja Kadir has become a member of our family. Especially, for four years, we have been continuing our exercises and related work with him with the Electro-Maskular Stimulation - Miha Bodytec technique without interruption. As a result of the 25-30 minutes of work we do with this technique twice a week, sometimes three times a week; I both regained my health and my physical and sportive endurance gradually increased and I was able to continue my "underwater diving" which is considered as a heavy sport especially for my age. For businessmen and women who want to do sports, but cannot "spare time for sports" due to their intense work pace; With great confidence and peace of mind, I sincerely suggest that they work with Kadir twice a week for 25 minutes and apply his suggestions meticulously.
