Coaching is rapidly becoming one of the tools that successful and high-potential
people and organizations use to live extraordinary lives. The reason why it
spreads so rapidly is that it achieves effective results in a short time. Coaching is
to support a person to develop, to learn a new skill, competence and behavior, to
reach his own goals or to solve a problem.
The coach supports the client at three main levels:
1) Progress to its goals faster and easier, evaluate opportunities effectively, solve
problems encountered.
2) While doing these, the client learns new behaviors and ways of thinking that
can be carried to other events and situations.
3) At the same time, the client learns to learn: After the coaching relationship is
over, the client continues to improve his / her learning competence while
benefiting from the situations he / she encounters.

Anyone who wants to make a real change in their life for a positive change into
action with all their focus and who can push their limits and take risks can work
with a life coach. Entrepreneurs, professionals, individuals in the process of
change, on the contrary, companies open to improvement usually work with a life
coach. The common characteristics of all consultants who benefit from my
experience and enable me to gain experience from them are that they are
courageous enough to want more from life, can take risks, are open to successful
progress and are intelligent individuals.
